Can't beat the location, on the Beltline and close to many bars, parks and restuarants. Very dog friendly. Excelllent staff. Wonderful neigbours. Like the pool upgrade!

I love living here but having to transfer my lease to a newly renovated unit has been stressful. I find out I had to vacate my current unit after asking the office myself. I'm not sure when they were planning on telling me but I was due to resign my lease less than a month before I figured out. I then had to decide whether or not I would accept the $400 increase in rent or plan to move to an entirely new property within two days due to fears of limited units. While I am happy with the... renovations they have done to the property, I am very disappointed in the way they unit renovations have been handled.

I love my apartment! The location truly could not be better for me as I am close to work and love to walk around the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and always responds to inquiries timely. I would recommend it to anyone with ears!
