I have lived here for several years with good and bad management. The new management is amazing. Tavia is the BEST. She's on top of everything, actually CARES, and is very pleasant to deal with. Also the maintenance department is great, especially Ken who has been here through many management changes as well. But he still gets everything done in a timely manner. Neighbors are great and look out for each other.

Amazing Staff!
I have lived at Virginia Highlands for 5 years now and I love it! Love the location and connection to Beltline! The new management team has been wonderful, especially Tavia very helpful!

I have had the most positive experience at Virginia Highlands Apartments! The location cannot be beat and every one of the staff members I have interacted with has been wonderful! From the leasing office to the maintenance crew - everyone has been so responsive and helpful when needed. 10/10 recommend!
