The leasing agents, concierge, and management are very helpful. Move in date was a bit hard because we had a late move in and could not reserve the elevators. They are very quick to boot the cars in the community as mine was booted and I was in my parking spot but never received the email to register my car. Then the next day my parking garage card stopped working so I was locked out of the parking garage. Luckily the Concierge was there to Save the Day! She is great and has been very... helpful. The dog area is not well maintained as people don't pick up after their pets in the evenings. Besides that, the apartment and the tenants that I have had the pleasure of meeting have been great. The apartment was clean with a few minor defects. But in the community's defense on that one, they did do a move out clean and repairs rather quickly to get us in. Therefore, I appreciate all their efforts and look forward to my experiences at the Venue.

My time at Venue Brookwood has been amazing. I haven’t had any issues and the staffis amazing. They help with any and everything from printing school documents to just giving a warm spirit during finals.

The people are wonderful and we love our apartment, but the elevator continuously having issues is pretty annoying. It would be fun to have more community events early in the new year too.

My first apartment and it’s pretty great. I have no issues besides there only being one elevator sometimes but not often. Maintenance is great and my requests are fulfilled next day.
