What I enjoy most about the living experience at Tower on Piedmont is the outstanding management, leasing agent and overall community environment. Clinton, our manager, is truly exceptional, one of the most personable, professional, and kind managers I’ve ever had in an apartment community. He always greets you with a smile, makes you feel comfortable, and is 100% there for you whenever an issue arises. His presence alone makes living here feel welcoming and well-supported.

I also really... appreciate the cleanliness of the buildings and the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a quiet, well-maintained place to live, and any maintenance concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently.

Additionally, the concierge team is wonderful. The second-shift concierge, in particular, is awesome, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. He truly stands out and adds to the positive experience.

Price and Ricky are hands down the best maintenance team I’ve ever had. They’re quick, reliable, and always go above and beyond to take care of anything that needs attention. Asia at the concierge is an absolute gem—her smile is always warm and welcoming. She is so helpful... and always lets me know when I have a package. I love the peace of mind knowing my packages are secure in a locked room only the concierge can access.
The leasing team has been just as wonderful. Devin helped me move in and was so patient while helping me find the perfect apartment. Tavia and Clinton have also been amazing! Every time I see them, they’re friendly and genuinely helpful.
