Marlowe is a community, in a fantastic location, close to restaurants and I-85. The apartments are new and modern, management is available and friendly and makes you feel valued as a resident, the amenities are fantastic and maintenance is readily available, skilled, and friendly too!! I feel like I live at a resort ( I have a great view!)

Management is unprofessional and does not handle tenant issues in a timely fashion. Melissa is very rude and doesn’t take accountability for anything. The turnover rate is high and she blames all the issues on staff being new and not properly trained. They should not be advertised as a gated community because the gate is always broken. The internet is out often. These apartments are not worth the money. Please note that date on previous reviews as they pertain to employees who are no longer... employed by this company.

I just moved into my apartment. The sales rep Jay was amazing! He helped me through the entire process. He allowed me to tour the exact unit I wanted three times and never complained or got tired of me. He answered all of my calls. As I am going through a big transition, Jay made this experience effortless. As this area is very competitive with similar apartments and incentives, Jay offered a level of professional and care unmatched. Thank you Marlowe and Jay for my new home.

If I could give Marlowe South Fulton 10 stars I would! This property is not only beautiful but very well built! From the time we toured to the time we signed the lease everything has been nothing but amazing. Jay is an exceptional property professional and he’s very knowledgeable about the property and everything around it. There is lots of parking on the property and it is very well lit at night for any late owls like myself!!! 10/10 would highly recommend! Spacious storage unit! Beautiful,... amazing, and spacious apartments. Very friendly and very welcoming! I would highly and surely recommend anyone to stay here as long as Jay is still working at the property! The movie night they had planned for October 4th was very well put together and everyone was very welcoming and very friendly! If I could recommend anyone to live here I definitely would! Marlowe South Fulton is an amazing property to live!
