The more settled in I am at The Residences at Chastain, the more pleased I am with my decision to live here. For my lifestyle, it offers the perfect balance of quiet and respectful, friendly and helpful. I am enjoying the beautiful pool and I especially love the proximity to Blue Heron Preserve. The availability of apartments seems to be limited, so I got really lucky to lease my apartment when I did.

If you are looking for a well-maintained, clean, friendly complex with everything convenient around it then this is for you! I love living here. All my neighbors are friendly and pretty respectful/quiet. It's a sweet little community here. The manager, Helen, is great and truly cares about everyone. I really appreciate her.
