I like the apartment and the apartment complex. But our second year was not so great. Lots of foot traffic at all times of the day. Parking is awful. And the rules of the apartment complex are just too much for me. Way to strict. And the recent late notices on events makes it hard to plan to attend to one. All in all, great apartment and great apartment layout, but still in the middle of know where and in the middle of a good desert. Shout out to the groundskeeper tho. Great job keeping the... complex clean.

I just moved in on 5/15/2026, and I love it. The neighborhood is quiet and very clean. The leasing staff was very nice and accommodating to my situation and got me approved quickly.
