I find it to be well and smooth here. I have no true complaints but like everywhere there’s ups and downs you know. I do appreciate the staid for the work they put in to keep this complex looking nice.

My overall experience at Populus Westside is not bad. My only complaint is when it comes down to maintenance. There’s not big communication.

My experience at Populas Westside has been great!
Michael made my move-in process very easy and was always available to answer any questions I had. He even provided an inside and outside tour of the homes, which made me feel comfortable and confident about moving in. Jay has also been amazing—every time I called with a question, he was quick to respond and very helpful. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from both Michael and Jay! The community itself is quiet, clean, and... well-maintained, which makes living here even more enjoyable.

Soooo in love with this property. When I first seen it and looked at the website, I knew then that this was for me. When I toured the property that most definitely did it for me, I went ahead and put in an application and started the process.

Living here so far has been great. No complaints, everyone was is friendly and everything is clean! I really quiet, the most i ever hear is doors closing.
