I love living at Park West. I've been here 13 years. The management and the entire team are wonderful. That’s why I’ve been here for 13 years. The location is also in a nice area near downtown Atlanta and the surrounding stores. I love it here.

Park West is a very nice place to live very spacious.I have lived here for two years . Terrence on the maintenance team is awesome and Ms Vivian on the management team is awesome.

I absolutely love my apartment ! It’s always clean and quiet. The management team is amazing. Maintenance responds pretty quick. No complaints what so ever.

NOT satisfied. Yes, I desperately needed a place but not this desperate. I feel trapped in a contract. I have lived here before and things were not this bad. I can't pay my rent online because I haven't been sent a link to connect yet. I've asked for the last 3 months and then feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I bring in my rent check after having to request leave from work to bring it. None of my maintenance request have been completely fulfilled and I'm having a bad feeling that I wont... be able to use the clubhouse for an upcoming birthday. We'll see how that goes. 10/10 I wont recommend. Although I was really hoping it would be a great experience this time around.
