Amenities definitely need an upgrade. The pool area looks unmanaged. Bugs/leaves etc all in the pool and the chairs don’t look like they’ve been cleaned ever. Grills barely work etc. Overall apartment units are nice and it’s pretty quiet as well. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion as well.

Everything went well. I didn’t have any maintenance requests, a few weeks after moving in I had an issue with a flickering light and when I put the maintenance request in they came the very next day. No issues or complaints here.

Great staff and community. Close to the braves stadium and other restaurants, also close to pharmacy store and grocery store. A great place to raise your kids and family. Also a safe community
