My experience at Atlantic House so far has been very positive. The property is clean, the amenities are well kept, and the community feels comfortable and inviting. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the staff has been friendly and quick to help. The location is also very convenient.

The apartments are great, spacious and filled with natural light. It’s true that kitchens could be more modern, but over all they are functional. The amenities are quite good and the buildings service is excellent. The only downside is that sometimes the hallway smells like the garbage chute

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to be my first “adulting” apartment after college. The building gives luxurious while also providing a family feeling to the community here. From the front desk receptionist to the maintenance crew, everyone is so welcoming & friendly. Also, by far the best maintenance crew I’ve experienced at all of the places I’ve lived thus far. Any issues/requests are almost always completed within 24hrs from my experience.

Atlantic House is an amazing community. I enjoy the view of my unit to include the location. The staff is always friendly and professional as well as the cleanliness.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The building is well maintained, the grounds are always clean, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Management is responsive, professional, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. It truly feels like home and I would definitely recommend this apartment building to others.
