We’ve only lived here for 3 weeks but all of the staff has been super nice and helpful. Most issues we’ve run into have been handled quickly and efficiently.

There is still work to be done on curbing dogs and external maintenance at my unit. The walkway light that has been broken for 3 years has still not been fixed

I enjoy living here at Clairmont apts it’s clean and safe and people friendly, no incidents around our property. An when you need something fix due to a maintenance issue it’s always taken care of in a reasonable time.

Decent apartment worth your money. The apartments are a great price for the amount of space you get. I’ve had a few bug issues, but pest control helps. The leasing office and staff are okay, some are more helpful than others. Overall, you get what you pay for.
