t's truly sad the conditions at this building, especially for the many elderly and long-term residents. The management company, @AssetManagement (formerly First Communities), has clearly failed to provide stable and effective leadership, cycling through four managers in the past five years. The current manager's inefficiency and unkindness only add to the residents' woes. People feel threatened by her un-personal style and she has created a sense of fear in the building with her nonchalant... attitude toward all of the issues. Maintenance is thin and unsupported with lack of funds leaving them frustrated, no weekend services leaving trash everywhere, and no landscaping services. No security here doors can be found propped open late at night. The residents also pay an extra fee for package services however packages are left all over the place for theft. The building is plagued with trash, dog waste in the hallways and elevators, loud parties, and even homeless individuals sleeping on the lower levels. Tamika was the best! So pleasant and accommodating even though she had multiple clients and working alone on Saturday. The building was clean, quiet and the apartment was super cute!

Yes its relatively a good price but you will have your vehicle stolen. You choose what's important to you.

Terrible and unfriendly management. Vandalized car and theft. Burst pipes, terrible parking, broken elevators, smoke and weed smell, roaches, and cheap renovations. All good reviews will be from years ago when better management was in place.

A resident for over 2 years now. Nice concierge. Okay office staff. Two major issues that need to be addressed to qualify this place for luxury rental prices it charges:

1. Outdated building. Air duct is old. AC not efficient and insulation is very poor from patio weather and door. Random buzzing noisies from walls and is a common issue for many units

2. Visitor parking space need to increase by at least 15-20 spots. The entire building only has less than 20 spots. Residents complain,... guests complain, office management cannot do anything. This is a huge huge issue and makes living here unenjoyable if you like to ever have visitors over.

Management let's fix these two issues, please.
