Overall, a quiet and lovely looking community just a lot of repairs or inconveniences when it comes to the gate and or plumbing staff is quite quick to fix things. There are a lot of rules and codes you must from place to place. Make sure to read all paperwork given to you from the beginning.

close to greenway and many stores .located in a prime location , good school soon . The amenities are ok , but maintenance is good .huge parking

I’ve been here for 1 week. I love it here! The grounds are beautiful. The apartment exceeds my expectations. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The serenity is amazing.

Community is good, nearby to the major retailers like costco, Target, Walmart and Publix. Rents are on the higher side as compared to the other nearby communities. Management should look into it and keep competitive rents.

It's an older apartment community, and the amenities are a bit dated, but it's a great place to live. The best part is having Greenway Park right nearby.
