Community is good, nearby to the major retailers like costco, Target, Walmart and Publix. Rents are on the higher side as compared to the other nearby communities. Management should look into it and keep competitive rents.

It's an older apartment community, and the amenities are a bit dated, but it's a great place to live. The best part is having Greenway Park right nearby.

good schools...famous big box and warehouse stores at 5-10 min of driving distance...responsive management.. excellent community amenities. Nearby greenway trail for walking, jogging and cycling

Overall a great place to live! Conveniently located near Costco, Target, Walmart, and Publix. The community and apartments are well maintained, amenities like the gym, pool, and children’s play area are in good condition, repairs are handled promptly, and the staff is friendly and dependable.
