This place is great to live in, as it’s close to many grocery stores. It’s also conveniently located near the Greeway Trail.The schools have good ratings .

It's a good apartment to live in. All staff are very kind all the time, and the maintenance service is especially awesome. They know all the solutions and solve almost every problem right after I request.

Great community. The maintenance here is awesome and very proactive.The team was very supportive and flexible. Beautiful apartments with awesome trail. The leasing process is very easy.

It has been good overall. Some challenges that have not been addressed, such as smoking residents and the apartment flooding. Hopefully these things will be improved

Hello dear Resident , our community is a non smoking community but as we know some people will not follow the rules. This is always a tough one to handle because we have to see someone smoking typically to prove they are and then handle it at that... time. As for the apartment flooding , if something is not completed please email us to let us know what that is and we will handle immediately . Our email is windwardplace@ram-mgt.com
