This review is way overdue. I’ve lived at Courtney Isles about 15 months (renewed my lease after a year) and have found the staff to be super helpful with packages, maintenance requests, pets, etc. Very kind overall. Also love the pool & resident socials they put on. Best of all, you are close to both lots of stores & only a few miles from the beach!

Courtney Isles is a quiet and beautiful apartment community, close to everything - including the beach! I have lived here for a year and love it. The location is convenient for those who either need a quick trip to I-95 for work or to Amelia Island's perfect beaches on the weekend. If you prefer, you can enjoy the swimming pool here instead. Throughout the year there are quite a few events for those who like to mingle, like BBQ with music, brunch, etc. The modern apartments have good size rooms,... large walk-in closets and include washer/dryer. I have lived at Courtney Isles for just over a year. It's a great complex, super accessible to everything you need in your daily life (Publix, Target, etc.), and great if you are a pet owner. There are plenty of people with dogs, so I appreciate that my two dogs are welcomed in the community. The office staff are very friendly, the maintenance team is very responsive, and the complex is well-maintained. It is a very comfortable place to be!

My Husband and I have been fortunate to live in beautiful Courtney Isles since 2014.
It's been an absolute joy to be a part of this Apt Community for almost 6 Years.
Its quiet, clean, safe & a peaceful Community.
The Office Staff are all awesome to work with.
They are helpful and truly care about their Residents. Maintenance works hard to respond quickly when needed and are professional & friendly.
Shopping etc is all within a few blocks.
Our 2 Cats also love it here!
I would highly recommend... Courtney Isles Apts. to both Families & Singles.

I have been here for over a month and did find a few flaws after a couple weeks. I alerted the front staff and the maintenance crew (great guys) came right out and started on every issue. They were completed within two weeks.

The staff is "sincerely" interested in my care and I have to assume it's not just me.

I just now had an issue with a bees nest next to my door. I am allergic to wasps so I did not want to chance a battle. Amanda from the front office drove right over and knocked... them out.

As far a shopping. Any store or chain you can think off is within 5 miles. Its great! Read More
