I moved into Beach House Apartments in Jacksonville Beach at the beginning of April, and I’m still just as excited about it as day one! Living this close to the ocean has truly been a game changer—the atmosphere is so peaceful and refreshing.
The property is always clean and well-kept, and you can tell the team really cares about the community. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the staff has been quick, kind, and professional. That level of service makes such a difference.
I... also love how comfortable and quiet my space feels—it’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. Beach living definitely suits me!

Great, clean, and close to the beach!
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Savannah at The Beach House for being absolutely wonderful to work with. From the start, she has been incredibly personable, professional, and genuinely caring.
Savannah always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with requests, or just taking the time to connect, she brings such a positive and welcoming energy to the community.
It’s clear she truly cares about what she does,... and it makes a big difference in the overall experience of living here. The Beach House is lucky to have her!
Highly recommend working with Savannah if you have the chance!

This place could be great
The ground and property were nice when it was built, but it is now getting to the point where ongoing maintenance upkeep needs to be done and the management company is slow to make improvements, trying to spend as little as money as possible. The property manager and assistant manager are non-existent even though they are on the property everyday. Not responsive to tenant's request and slow to process necessary paperwork, causing you, the resident extra fees and costs. The only thing saving... this place is the leasing agent, Amber. She is advocates for the residents and pushes management to get things done to the property and for residents.

In my second year at The Beach House. I still appreciate my living space, amenities and aesthetics of the property. You can't beat being able to walk to the beach and to yoga class in ten minutes. Tenants are respectful, and I never hear a peep after hours. If I have any issues, I've always been able to get them resolved. Feels like I live in a resort.
