The ground and property were nice when it was built, but it is now getting to the point where ongoing maintenance upkeep needs to be done and the management company is slow to make improvements, trying to spend as little as money as possible. The property manager and assistant manager are non-existent even though they are on the property everyday.
Not responsive to tenant's request and slow to process necessary paperwork, causing you, the resident extra fees and costs. The only thing saving... this place is the leasing agent, Amber. I really like everything about this apartment complex from the apartment layouts, the staff, the landscaping, and the easiness about the whole process of leasing my apartment.

In my second year at The Beach House. I still appreciate my living space, amenities and aesthetics of the property. You can't beat being able to walk to the beach and to yoga class in ten minutes. Tenants are respectful, and I never hear a peep after hours. If I have any issues, I've always been able to get them resolved. Feels like I live in a resort.

We absolutely love being here. The management is extremely professional and addresses any/all concerns and questions promptly. So happy we found The Beach House!
