I love living here so much!! The apartments are spacey and I love how beautiful my apartment is. We pay a great price in comparison to other rents in not only Jax but around the country. The maintenance and leasing office is always SO friendly and prompt! On top of it all, they really go above and beyond to give you a community experience where they host events for you & the family. The amenities are beautiful and everything is well kept. It is a great place for us and we would definitely... recommend it!

Love my home and management
Property is well-maintained and management staff is always available whenever needed. Very good access to highway, but not right by it that it would be a concern. I have greatly appreciated my ~2 years at the property.

Great Amenities
I love Addison Landing. The apartment is very spacious and affordable. I really like how they accept pets and offer amenities such as a car wash, playground, pool, 24 hour fitness and a place to take my dog. There isn’t a reason to go anywhere else cause you have all the perks without leaving the community.

Addison Landing
I recently just move here 3 weeks ago so far it's been great. The apartment is very clean it looks like you're staying in a very nice hotel,so far I enjoy been there. And Amanda the lady that works in the office is very nice very helpful. I am looking foward to stay here for a while.
