I am not sure how this community has received so many positive reviews. I recently toured and was appalled by the uncleanliness of the apartment I was shown. The amenities and office space were clean and smelled nice but when we walked into the apartment building itself, there was an overlying smell of garbage from the hall carpets. Additionally, when we toured the actual unit, Alexis had stated it was ready for move-in, but it smelled of smoke and the white walls had yellow stains from the... previous tenant. When looking at places to live, I thought this community would be the perfect choice due to the raving reviews, but after touring, I can say I will definitely not be leasing here. If you are looking for an average experience and are willing to sacrifice cleanliness and good customer service in order to get a good rate, then this would be the place for you.

Excellent choice!
Recently sold my condo and am renting for the time being. This apartment complex and the leasing agents are amazing. I worked with Delanie and she was great in making the entire process really smooth. Highly recommended.

This is the place to live!
This place has it all! Awesome staff, amenities, apartment layouts, activities for the residents and location. The buildings are new and there are only two of them so it’s not too big. I have NOT had the “thin wall” noise issues that I read on a few other reviews. I find it very quiet here actually. Highly recommend living at The Felix!

Angel was awesome during our tour. Grounds are clean and well kept. I had excellent communication during the application process and I highly recommend taking a tour!

Fun tenant events
I’ve only lived here 2 months & the Felix staff has offered many tenant events: annual pool party with food, weekly food trucks, & recently a national pet day photo opp where I was able to have cute photos taken with my dog plus many treats from wood gang bakery were given out. Despite a rocky start due to many factors, it was great to get 1st month rent free too. The pool area has beach entry, loungers, sofas, corn hole & ping pong plus hammocks nearby. The elevators make life easier.
