Please save your money and don’t move here!!! Constantly wants your money to reside here but charges extra to replace ANYTHING. Stairwells are dirty, hallways dirty. No parking, yet charge you to park. Something is always being shut down! This place is a disaster! It is not all glitter and glam!

Love my actual unit. But management is a disaster. They’ve been bad from the get go but exponentially worse in the last months. From moving in nearly 2 years ago, management actively ignores my emails and calls. We are accruing new charges monthly that they won’t take accountability for. This is not isolated to my unit. The entire complex is being subjected to erroneous billing. The third party service used for billing is being blamed but when contacting that service, they say it’s directly from... the management company. Maintenance is marked as completed when nothing has been done//I’ve been in my unit when said service requests were marked completed and actually ignored. I am not sure how this community has received so many positive reviews. I recently toured and was appalled by the uncleanliness of the apartment I was shown. The amenities and office space were clean and smelled nice but when we walked into the apartment building itself, there was an overlying smell of garbage from the hall carpets. Additionally, when we toured the actual unit, Alexis had stated it was ready for move-in, but it smelled of smoke and the white walls had yellow stains from the... previous tenant. When looking at places to live, I thought this community would be the perfect choice due to the raving reviews, but after touring, I can say I will definitely not be leasing here. Recently sold my condo and am renting for the time being. This apartment complex and the leasing agents are amazing. I worked with Delanie and she was great in making the entire process really smooth. Highly recommended.

This place has it all! Awesome staff, amenities, apartment layouts, activities for the residents and location. The buildings are new and there are only two of them so it’s not too big. I have NOT had the “thin wall” noise issues that I read on a few other reviews. I find it very quiet here actually. Highly recommend living at The Felix!
