Poor Management, roach infestations everywhere, and not to mention trash all over the community. Just read the actual reviews not the ones they make residents leave during resident events.

RATS!!!! My apt had rats. It took more than 4 days to get to my request for pest control. I heard noise coming from the kitchen a few nights in the row. I thought it was maybe the people under me because they have very thin walls and you can hear your neighbors at times. I didn’t think much of it, until I noticed that my bagel bag had a hole in it that I had just purchased. The next day I had a huge bite in my taco shells it was more than CLEAR that a rat had bit into it. I immediately left and... went to a friends house until I heard back from them once I put in the pest control request.
It took them 4 days to get back to me. I went into the office to speak with them directly. This is when I requested I get a vacation suite apt until they take care of the matter which is URGENT. They expected me to sit in the rat infested apartment until they figured it out as if that’s safe. I stayed in the suite for one day/night as the maintenance manager sealed the hole that the rats were coming through. They advised me that pest control would come out and give me an update everything and they did not.
I had already decided not to renew my lease more than 60 days in advance. I did consider downsizing, but did not do so because of this whole rat situation also I made sure to do this on time through the portal.
Once I moved out they charged my account the full month of RENT because they claimed I did not give them 60days notice which I did. Mind you they charged me after moving out and seeing my final balance.
They are ignoring all my emails and will not give me a reason to why they charged me thar amount. I would sleep in my car or with a family member before staying at a rat infested “luxury apartment”. Also the gates never work!! So anyone can come in…
Save yourself some time and look elsewhere.

I have been living in Cortland for two months. We are adjusting but we are happy to live in this community. The spaces are incredible and we enjoy them a lot. There are things to improve like in any other place, but in general it is an incredible place to live with your family.

DONT MOVE HERE. the maintenance team will only solve requests for short term which then causes the long term issues to be bigger. We had multiple maintenance requests about mold in our home as well as our kitchen sink rising. For the mold, they came in and sprayed bleach a few times ruining our clothes. This also causes mold to come back more intense. It took over 6 months for them to have a professional come in and do remediation. Our kitchen sink was “solved” 3 times with pouring draino until... about 4 months later the kitchen sink overflowed causing a flood in our kitchen and damaging laptops. Also don’t let the amenities fool you. The gates and hot tubs never work

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Our team prioritizes the comfort and well-being of our residents, so we regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the plumbing concerns,... our team responded promptly on multiple occasions, including engaging a third-party vendor to assess the issue. Although no underlying concerns were found, we provided a $400 concession for any inconvenience caused.
For your concerns about organic growth, we took immediate action by having a professional remediation specialist conduct a Biowash of your home. Additionally, we did not receive substantiating evidence regarding any claimed property damage.
We understand that your lease situation evolved due to a planned home purchase, and we accommodated your request for an early release by waiving $4,000 in fees.
As for the amenities, our team has been transparent about the temporary spa maintenance issue caused by an external supplier delay. Despite this, we were glad to see you had access to and used the spas before this happened. Additionally, the gates remain operational, but as communicated, they are currently open per the Fire Department’s directive.
