The community is beautiful and well-kept, and my girlfriend was so impressed she applied on the spot! She’ll be moving in very soon and will be closer to me. Highly recommend!

Great and safe place to live!
We’re so happy to be staying another year at Cortland Deerfield Station! Katrina and Denise are amazing — we’re thrilled to have them back. They made our recent transfer smooth and easy, and they’re always so friendly and approachable. The events are fun and thoughtful, and it truly feels like a community here. We love being able to pop into the office for a quick chat anytime. Maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours, and Diego does an incredible job keeping the grounds looking... great. This place really feels like home!

Cortland has been home for many reasons, not only the amenities, how clean the community is, quiet neighbors also, great location here in Deerfield we are the center of everything and that is dream come true when you need to jump on the highway, or gas station, supermarkets and even movie theaters. This location is so on point you can’t go wrong in choosing it. The building is new which makes living super comfortable and the management and maintenance team are always there to help you out with... any issues or concerns.
