Boutique Apartments
Cortland is probably the nicest apartments I have stayed at I have been here for 5 years it is well run, clean, well maintained management are amazing and personable and very helpful, the property is 3 miles from beach and close to all highways

FANTASTIC
Very clean community. I toured with Selena and she showed me the model, pool and gym. Ive been looking at apartments for a while now and this is one of the few places that I see all facilities kept clean. They are gated which is also a plus, enjoyed my tour!
