Cortland Stations is an exceptional community. I’ve been a resident for approximately three months and have been very pleased with the overall experience, from the pool amenities to the residents’ clubhouse.

The apartment community itself is very nice — modern, clean, and well maintained, with great amenities and a solid overall feel. Ultimately, it ended up being a bit outside of my budget, which is the only reason I didn’t move forward.
That said, I really want to highlight the touring experience. Alycia did an excellent job showing the property. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the tour, and she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
I toured a... lot of apartments during this process, and she definitely stood out in terms of professionalism and how well she represented the community. Even though I didn’t end up choosing this property, the experience itself was very positive.
If you’re considering this community, you’ll be in good hands with Alycia.

Jose the service manager is the absolute only positive experience about continuing to reside at this community. It's very sad to feel and see the decline in on site presense and overall customer satisfaction of Cortland Station. Caring for residents needs is not a thing here.

Amazing community to live in. The amenities are 10/10. The pool is always very clean as well as the gym. The maintenance is extremely quick and efficient, especially Jose who fixes any maintenance issues within the same day.

Clean, modern apartment with plenty of space for my needs. Maintenance request are handle quick and done right. The community is well-kept, and the location is convenient for Downtown, dog park, restaurant and shops. Overall is a solid place to call home.
