If you are looking for a party community this is the place for you. This is not a community for families, working professionals. Great units, great maintenance, but it is a college party community.

Cortland Delray Station is a very clean orderly and attractive place, that is well maintained, conveniently located and provides many services which all contribute to a genuinely comfortable living experience. Both, the managers and the maintenance staff are very welcoming, friendly, helpful,easily accessed, and quick to respond to any needs with complete and professional solutions, so that your level of comfort remains undeterred at all times.

You have fees for everything. That fee, this fee, fee for coming in fee for going out. Little fees, add up in the end of the lease. Why everything is not included in the already expensive prices

Cortland Stations is an exceptional community. I’ve been a resident for approximately three months and have been very pleased with the overall experience, from the pool amenities to the residents’ clubhouse.

The apartment community itself is very nice — modern, clean, and well maintained, with great amenities and a solid overall feel. Ultimately, it ended up being a bit outside of my budget, which is the only reason I didn’t move forward.

That said, I really want to highlight the touring experience. Alycia did an excellent job showing the property. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the tour, and she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

I toured a... lot of apartments during this process, and she definitely stood out in terms of professionalism and how well she represented the community. Even though I didn’t end up choosing this property, the experience itself was very positive.
