Excellent living experience , affordable rent at the Cortland for the area . Response time from management good . Trash removal needs to be picked up on time. Maintenance has improved response time , usually excellent work and efficient , property well maintained . Social activities are provided , an extra bonus. Entertainment and refreshments provided in the new clubhouse. I love this community. Highly recommend.
