I had the pleasure of touring Cortland recently and can’t think of a single reason for it not to get 5 stars. The community is clearly well maintained and the apartments are beautiful. I’ve looked at many apartment communities in the area and Paola is by far the kindest and most knowledgeable leasing agent I have worked with. It is clear that Cortland holds themselves to a high standard and lives up to it!

I don’t recommend people to live here with the current management. Problems are ignored and they have been rude or ignored questions and issues. Non residents use the facilities when they are not supposed to and people dump garbage here like it’s a dump and staff won’t fix the issues.
