All funds must be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order payable to Vero Beach Rent LLC. No credit cards or personal checks will be accepted for application fees or move in funds. Lost Tree Preserve Resident Information Sheet must be completed and submitted with a signed lease. Lost Tree Preserve will issue one (1) RFID windshield sticker (for gate access). Additional stickers will be $35.00 each.
