I spent the last 9 weeks of my lease trying to reach out to people in email or office visists to let them know I wouldn't be renewing it, final bill came with a late fee and marked my move-out notice as the same day I left and had to pay for damages done to the apartment by contractors they hired.

Damage from contractors they've hired in the last year :

Painters - stained the sidewalk with dropped cans and powerwashed THROUGH the trim on the window seals into the apartment bedrooms and... hallways

Shelf replacers - tore up the floor in the living room when they replaced the sinks in the living room and bathrooms, the piping they did was also terrible because the lines came undone THREE times. Read More

It is a very quiet and cozy place. It is close to many restaurants, close to the beach and many places to have fun.

We are trying to renew our lease and we have been told 3 different numbers on rent. And all number have gone up been here 7 years office stuff is under poor mangerment they make me feel like they are teying to steal or rip me off. And the hour for the office is and convenient for people who work for a living. By the time we are home we cant go tothe office to even sign the lease. Poor mangerment
