Gym is super nice, i love all the events and food trucks, the front desk staff are amazing, but the dog park needs more grass. it’s very muddy and lots of dirt.

The Howell is by far the best place I’ve lived. Their customer service, timely manner to handle situations and work orders, and the friendliness of the staff makes this place truly feel like home!

The Howell is my quaint little heaven. If you are good people please come thru!! Society kind of sucks these days but I am so blessed to reside in a community consisting of and ran by genuinely good people.????????

Beautiful, lovely quite community. Residents are friendly and so is the staff! The gym is awesome. The pool area is never overcrowded. The fire pit is awesome.
