A vaccinated pet will be considered on an individual basis but no pit bulls, chows or similar aggressive breeds or mixes. No smoking or vaping in the unit is permitted. A credit and background check is required for each adult occupant after you see the unit in person and wish to apply. I require proof of income or resources that show rent can be paid given other bills. The cost of the inquiry is $34.00. I also require tenants to provide proof of tenant insurance before move in. The security deposit is for combined rent and/or damages rather than separate amounts. The place is in Venice East and backs up to peaceful views (and birds) on a small golf course.
