Home sweet home!
I’ve had a wonderful experience at TGM Palm Aire! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance.
I especially appreciate how much the team cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. The location is also fantastic, with everything you need close by.
I would definitely recommend TGM... Palm Aire to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and well-managed community. Five stars all around!

Great place
I love living at TGM Palm Aire! I’ve been here for a few years now and honestly I don’t see myself leaving any time soon. The grounds are beautiful the community is quiet! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms are big they all fit a king bed and plenty of space to move around!

DO NOT RENT HERE
I’ve been living at TGM for a couple of years now. And I would NOT recommend it. The only thing that is good about this complex is the location. You pay outrageous rent prices and none of the amenities work. “Heated pool and hot tub” these are a joke. They can’t get them working for more than a week. But instead of getting them working or lowering your rent they just take your full rent and don’t care. Waste of money. People at the front desk don’t care and are incredibly rude.
