Apartment management is incredibly unprofessional. The grounds are disgusting because apartment management does not keep the grounds. On any given day, you can expect to see dog poop all over the grounds and they don't clean up the duck poop frequently enough. They also don't complete work orders in a timely manner. My dishwasher has been broken for a month and they still haven't fixed it. When I asked why it hadn't been fixed yet and they said maintenance fixed it. I told them it's still... broken and I have pictures to show. They then argued with me demanding that I tell them what the problem with the dishwasher is.

Beware! Apartment management will invest in a new pool but won't fix your apartment
Extremely disappointed with this place. My dryer has been broken since February 26th and they've refused to fix it--they claim that because of COVID they can't get any appliance parts anymore. My AC is on its last legs and can barely keep the apartment under 80 degrees while running 8+ hours a day, and of course I am on the hook for the electricity. If you have any problems they will not help you, period. Please look elsewhere! For the amount of rent I pay here the service is awful.

No concern for their residents
You can never expect to get your issues resolved in a timley manner 1-2 weeks for a work order to fix a dryer thats included. I pay to have that amenity so i don't have to go to the laundry mat...i shouldnt have to wait so long. This has happened with every work order submitted, they will take your money but reluctantly fix any issues. The positive reviews on here are all from the previous property management company, which was great. I thought by now....1 year later blue rock would have gotten... more organized but it doesn't seeem as if they care to.

Mold and rat infestation
Blue Rock premiere is the third owner in the last two years. By far they are the worse management. They don't care bout your health and that of your children. So if you have children or have any kind of respiratory health illness, this is not the place for you. Code enforcement agency has been called twice and they don't care at all. The price that you pay is to high for the condition of the apartments. They claim to be doing upgrades but is not true. This is how they handle problems. I had... rotted wood in the kitchen cabinets and all they did was put another piece of wood on top without removing the rotted wood.

Rats and mold
Rats, mold the staff like to retaliate against tents. Been here since 2015, we had three different owners. Building 4 has major mold and rat infestation, I've called the code enforcement because they don't care about the health of tenants.
