Muy mala atención al inquilino y no arreglan nada

Do NOT move here! They will not respond to your maintenance request, not even energency ones. My AC has broke several times in the summer, I had my kids sitting in diapers because it reached up to 102 in our own apartment and STILL no one would come for weeks until I had to take it to corporate. Currently dealing with a leak and its been over two weeks no one cares. The walls here are painted so horribly that anything stains the wall and you can not clean them because the paint will rub off.

Complex is fine, pools are ok, service is not bad. I would say a regular normal complex where to live. A hidden gem is Juana from the laundry service, she's the best of the whole complex, always smiling and very helpful, she really cares of her job and we the tenants

this is the WORST place i’ve ever lived!! The property manager Jasmine is SO RUDE and so is all the other staff in the office! they never answer the phone, maintenance doesn’t come until 3 weeks after you put in a request, THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING ! oh and get this, they say it includes a pool and a gym but you have to pay a $50 deposit to get a key. ITS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR AREADY EXPENSIVE RENT! The property manager lies so bad it’s disgusting! I’m willing to get an eviction just to move... out of this place! let’s not get started on the overflow of trash and the millions of cats that run around all night. I’ve never had pest control come and SPRAY EVER AND IVE BEEN HERE SINCE NOVEMBER! the staff will harass you by banging on your door if you miss a rent payment.
