I just recently moved into this community and I absolutely love it. I have my own private patio plenty of room for patio furniture. First floor no one above me. Huge closets and all updated appliances and interior bless you. I'm very happy!!

Rentals beware I moved in Topraz retreat in November I should have known better when the property manager was always to busy to show me the apartment before I moved in. I actually had to tell her that I am not moving in without seeing apartment I really needed to moved and this was the only vacant place at the time. The apartment are under new management. The apartment manager is rude and and need a fast track class in customer service. Don't be fool by the remodeling of the apartment they make... look good at first glance but you can cover a lot with makeup the pipes are still old they are rushing to turn them over and there a lot of stuff that's being missed. I live in apartment that looks nice but it smells like smoke and mild dew. I have tried every thing to get rid of the smell but it in ventilation when turning on AC it just make smell worst.
So you have been warned rent at your on risk .
If you have to move here only if it's your last result.

Prompt maintenance when needed. Reasonable rates, great maintenance staff. New managements has made an effort to make this place a nice place to live. Very happy so far.

I just moved in 2wks ago & I love my apartment it is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances & LED lights. Mike the property manager was nice & prompt with having everything ready for me to move in on time. The maintenance guy Oliver was also great. Looking forward to many years here at Autumnwood.

I am a new tenant at Autumnwoods Apartments . Upon moving in the management was very nice and pleasant . The staff paid close attention to my concerns and made sure my day one was perfect. The unit is recently renovated . Vinyl flooring, new carpet, stainless steel appliances , and great fixtures . Neighborhood has been quiet and friendly. Give this place a try , you’ll be surprised !
