this place is infected with small roaches the ones that are hard to get rid of. I moved in on a Friday & everything went into hell after. The water from the shower leaked all in the kitchen from the base board & under the carpet in the master closet It smell moldy when first coming in. The walls are THIN ! You can hear everything from above and outside with the cars driving on the main road. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have placed 3 requests for my AC not working properly in my unit since moving in here at the end of Jan 2024, the first request was placed on 2/6/24, 5/7/24 & 5/18/24. on 2/6/24, my thermostat was set on 74 degrees at that time but the apartment was at 77 degrees and the AC was just constantly running.Maintenance came to check it out & informed me“there is nothing wrong with the AC, it just takes time for it to cool the apartment & are on the 3rd floor w/attics above you so its going to be... hotter than usual in your unit”. On 5/7/24, my ACwas set on 76 degrees (normal temp for FL), it was over 94 degrees outside,my unit got up to 80 degrees inside. The AC was blowing out cold & would not shut off like it couldnt keep up. I put an Emergency request in on 5/7/24 to have my AC looked at again as this is not normal for an apartment to be reaching these hot temps inside. I called the office right after I placed the request, the lady I spoke with in the office told me maintenance was coming to look at it.They never showed up and by that time, the office was closed.On 5/8/24, another hot FL day, my apartment was up to 81 by midday.I walked down to the office to inform them that maintenance never showed up.Sue told me they would be there within 30 min, about an hour went by & no one showed, I called & the office said they were on their way. 2 hours later, the maintenance guy showed up. He informed me he inspected the condenser unit outside & everything was good. He stated, “you live on the 3rd floor with the attic above you so there is not much that can be done, the attic is over 125 degrees right now, so it makes your unit hotter” On 5/18/24, my thermostat was set on 76 degrees & my unit reached 83. I placed an EMERGENCY request for the AC to be looked at.I called the office right after I placed the request, Sue answered & said I just saw it, I will send someone now. The place is very large and well-priced. Ms. Amanda took us on a tour of a room and was very nice to talk to. She answered our questions and made sure we had everything we needed to know

Gorgeous apartments! Big, tall ceilings, modern. Close to my work. Office staff very nice and helpful!

When I moved into the apartment, it was dirty and unkempt. The floors were filthy, and the appliances were not clean. There were even hairs that had been painted over by management. I had to clean for hours before I could even move in.

At least 25% of the amenities listed in the ads are out of order. The pool is always dirty, the equipment throughout the community is run down or broken there is no in between.

The maintenance staff is slow to respond to requests for repairs. When they do come,... they often do a temporary fix that doesn't last. My hot water heater has broken twice, and each time they just turned it off and on again.
