I lived for two years and I have no complaints, I was in love with my apartment. Just wanted said thank you the excellent maintenances staff, Thank you so much Fredy for always being at the service and for making us feel at home, good treatment to the tenants, excellent service and humana quality.

the water is shut off most days the price is way to high lazy on fixing broken stuff here roaches from time to time look else where

Roaches, roaches and more roaches!! I have lived here for almost 10 months, they have a garbage valet service that doesn't pick up all the trash daily, it sits on peoples porches.They have pest control but they don't fumigate everyone's unit monthly so the Roaches are climbing out of walls sockets, out of flooring and under doors and drains in bathroom sinks. It is disgusting. My neighbors are filthy and you can smell their stench from outside thier door. It only takes 1 filthy tenant to roach... up a village.

Does anyone need a great peaceful place to live? I know I did, when I came to The Grove looking for a place live. Just talking to the manager Nellie how nice she was, Is, I wanted to live here. I have been here since October no problems no noise just peacefulness. We have a wonderful Manager and prompt maintenance crew, done right the first time. Residents are nice and quiet. The grounds and pools are well maintained. So if you need an apartment that is spacious clean , roomy Nice no... carpet great floors big bathrooms. I LOVE IT HERE. All the great places to shop are in walking distance.
