Dirty and full of cockroaches

Even though the place is close to FSU, in order to get there you have to cross a tunnel which is very dark and dangerous. The maintenance of the whole complex is poor, it has cockroaches everywhere. The person in charge of running the place cannot care less about the people living there.

Next to DOAK

Best deal going comes with water, sewer, garbage and basic cable. You can walk to campus and the units are really big

Burt Reynolds Hall Tenant
