Do not rent here

Management is never available. Pools are filthy. Apartments are barely renovated. Maintenance is slow to respond. Black mold in apartments.

While we're sorry you are dissatisfied, you did not bring any of the issues you mentioned in your review to our attention during your residency. We checked our work order history for your account and found two submitted maintenance tickets, which... were completed in a timely fashion. If you feel you experienced a lack of service from our team, we apologize. We would have gladly addressed your concerns regarding your home if you'd requested assistance. Currently, we have not received any reports of crumbling apartments, water damage, or organic growth. Affordable, Spacious & a Fantastic Management Team

I've been a resident almost 20 years now, The current management team is by far the best. Communication is excellent, response time to service requests has been wonderful the last 2 + years. The apartments are super spacious, and we do not have any noise issues. I did not give a 5 star because nobody is perfect but if there was an option for 4.5 I'd use it here.

management

this apartment will move you in very quickly but won't fix anything in the apartment the staff don't care about you just wont the money in when you are late, they won't let you renew your lease, the pool by the office never clean or open the trash is everywhere just ride by through the neighborhood its standard is not up to date. CHRIS doesn't make you feel welcome staying over I'm moving my tub look a mess they repainted. everything i told them never get handled.
