Just moved here on the 3rd. So far it's been ok. Quiet community and location is good. Wish the gym was bigger and better equipped (only so much you can do) and had more amenities.

The community is very good. I can say it is exactly as represented. I am satisfied with my choice to rent in the Tides at Waterside and would recommend anyone else to rent here as well. The staff is very friendly and work hard to keep the residents happy.

Management works hard to maintain a well kept facility - whether that be the units themselves, the grounds or the amenities (pool, clubhouse, dog park, dog wash, mail room, etc.). The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and responsive which is important when you need something addressed.
