The construction is shoddy. Your upstairs neighbors can run dogs at 11pm every night and the horrible manager will do absolutely nothing about it despite recordings verifying the noise level.
The appliances have aged rapidly relative to the age of the building. Valet trash sounds nice, but there is a stench in the hallways every evening. People leave trash and furniture out near the trash room. This is nearly every evening.
Ask yourself a very simple question: why are they offering such a... great move-in deal. Easy answer: it's a crap building.
Find somewhere else to move.

Happy to call it home
I've been a resident at Gallery 3100 for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home! The convenient location, within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and bars, adds a lot to the overall appeal. A true sense of community at Gallery 3100, making it easy to meet neighbors, enjoy entertaining events, and feel secure.

Worst place I’ve over lived
This place is terrible. Nothing works. Homeless people all around doing drugs in the corners of the building. A great hell. Washer and dont work. Door can barely open. The first floor floods. You can even get into the garage half the time because of the bus station. Please seriously don’t waste your money living here. The cheapest place I have ever lived. Massively overpriced. The workers are super responsive that’s a positive. Half the time you can’t open doors because the app to do so sucks.
