Overall, I’ve been very happy with my experience at Lago Apartments. I really love the amenities, the amount of space in the apartment, and the overall layout. It feels comfortable and has been a great fit for my family.

There have been a few things that have been confusing or frustrating. The key fob does not always work properly, so I sometimes have to use my regular key instead. I also wish residents received two key fobs.

The rent credits and Flex payment system have also been a little... difficult to understand. My understanding was that my credit would be spread across my 14-month lease, but I’m still not completely sure how it was applied. With the different apps, Flex, and rent credits, the payment process can feel more complicated than it needs to be.

I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues as well, including my AC going out and my microwave tripping the breaker. Maintenance did respond and provided a temporary AC unit until the issue was fixed, which I really appreciated.

Even with those minor issues, I’m very happy living at Lago. I love the apartment itself, the amenities, and the space, and overall my experience has been positive. Read More

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. My apartment was in perfect move-in condition and the amenities are great. I chose a unit with a view of the pool and barbecue area and enjoy the activity in those areas. The screened in patio is a definite plus. Overall, it was a great choice!
