The location on the bank of the St John River with the view of EverBank Stadium, the skyline, and the river view. The amenities of the fitness center, the pool and grill area, and the clubroom. The closeness of the restaurants, the shopping centers, the grocery stores,... and my employment makes this an ideal location.

The River House is well run and a nice place to live. Janeen leads a professional leasing office staff. McKenzie and Katie are always responsive, friendly and helpful. The amenities are terrific and the River views are exceptional! I will continue to recommend River House to family and friends.
