My wife and I visited more than a dozen apartment properties on a recent trip to Jacksonville. Views at Harbortown stood out for both the beauty of its property and the interaction with Rufino (assistant manager). The location is superb and the amenities are many and well-maintained. It is located in a relatively secluded area considering the proximity to major roads and several beach areas. The views are incredible and the apartments are spacious in comparison to other properties. Rufino was an... excellent and patient tour guide and the information he provided was first-rate. Overall, the visit to Views was so impressive that we decided to make it our future home. Highly recommended.

I have had ongoing issues with extremely loud noise coming from the unit above mine. It honestly sounds like someone running or bouncing something on the floor for hours every day and even late at night. The constant pounding through the ceiling makes it impossible to relax.
I reported it to the office and was told it would be addressed, but nothing has changed. Instead I was asked to record a video of the noise. That doesn’t really make sense because a phone recording will never capture how... loud it actually sounds in person.
It’s very frustrating to report a problem and feel like it’s not taken seriously. Because of this experience, I would not recommend living here.

The views at harbor town is one of a kind apartment complex. The staff is great. There are always willing to help our community. It has a lot of events scheduled, and they're constantly looking to do things to interest the people who live here. We live on the water, the intercoastal waterway. There's a Marina behind the apartment complex. We're lucky to have such a wonderful place to live

I moved in 3 weeks ago and I’m loving it so far! The location is super convenient and I love that I can take a walk along the water and see boats, fish, birds and nature! Leasing staff is friendly, communicative and helpful. Maintenance is quick and easy to communicate with as well.
