Each applicant should have at least two years of verifiable rental or mortgage history in good standing. The average credit score of all applicants must exceed 599, and there must be no unresolved collection accounts. Certain felony convictions within the past two years are prohibited, specifically those related to violence, firearms, sexual offenses, or drug manufacturing/distribution.
