Moved in November of 2023. 1 bedroom was very spacious and in great condition. Have since moved to a 2 bedroom that feels larger. Updated Appliances and the service has been great. Davina and her Team have been nothing but Professional. I would definitely recommend !

Poor management. Let staff go due to temporary medical condition lasting one week. Medical condition involved pain and limited sight. This was well documented by doctors. I am not the person who was let go. The person doesn't know I wrote this. If they would treat their staff this way, what can you expect from them as a tenant...I would say they don't care. This is my review and my opinion. As the other person said, they can write their own positive reviews should they so choose. The person let... go would have been a good asset to the company. The two reviews have to be written by the owners or the ladies in the office. Sure it's spacious... but the issues I've constantly ran into isn't anywhere near worth living here. First off.... you will have little or no internet. So the business owners who work from home, students who school via Internet. .. trust me you will have so many issues. The only internet you can have is what is provided by this godforsaken joke of a place. I've tried every other possible provider and they cannot... service this area. The neighbors are noisy and leave trash everywhere that the grounds keeper can't keep up. One of the maintenance guy is nice but you can tell he's stressed and annoyed by what goes on here. Cops have been constantly called and they constantly patrol the place. One group left because they had their apt broken into, and its the building closest to the office. The on site office has never been working, all the equipment except for one in the "gym" is broken. Forget doing your laundry at the on site laundromat. Bring your own or go somewhere else. I've never been so disappointed and dissatisfied by what they offered me when I came to live here. Just finishing my 3rd year and can't wait to re-new my lease. Mgmt is attentive and always helpful. Maintenance staff is friendly and efficient.
If I would improve on anything, it would be making a bigger playground. Location is Awesome walking distance to Walmart and theater. Couldn't ask for better.

Hello I writing to tell you how beautiful and spacious my apartments are we have walk in closets in ALL rooms over the range microwaves ceiling to floor pantry 21ft ceilings in the living room 9ft in all other rooms walk in shower and deep tub ceiling fans in every room!!! Dog stations throughout property pool onsite movie theater another one across the street close to shopping and restaurants 20 minutes from beaches just lovely!!!!!
