Cops on the property constantly for all the crime, had property stolen from my locked car, air conditioner broken for months, poor management, dog and goose poop everywhere, pools closed for half the year, wasp nests in the kids’ play areas, junkies knocking on doors, random gun shots. Couldn’t pay me to live here again.

RPM Management should be ashamed of the deterioration in the condition of this property. The lakes have been drained of water due to a broken pump system. The view from our apartment is a muddy pit. Submitted a maintenance request for a broken dishwasher 4 weeks ago and it still has not been repaired.

I just moved in to The Coast from NY after doing all my paperwork over the phone and via email. The Assistant Property Manager, Thalia, was super helpful and answered my many questions promptly. She made our relocation seamless. The apartment (we are renting 2bed/2bath Marco floor plan) is exactly as pictured in the virtual tour video. We have only lived here for 4 days now but we absolutely love it! Beautiful complex, wonderful town and amazing beaches!

I take my reviews seriously, and I always check them before moving in to a place. This complex is just okay. It has a great location, but that's it. Our A.C has gone down twice this summer, we've had flooding in our apartment, and the front office staff is not helpful AT ALL. There is smoking at the pools, and someone is always parked in the grass in front of our door. They don't do anything about it. Our mail gets lost all the time. The maintenance people are great though.

I have lived at this property for almost 1 year and It has been an amazing living experience. The apartment is comfortable, clean, updated and has a beautiful view. Wonderful place to live if you enjoy peace and quiet in a safe neighborhood. The leasing office staff are awesome and the maintenance crew is always there when you need them. I am planning to renew my lease soon.
