The property itself is lovely. Great amenities and apartment homes. Unfortunately, the fire alarm system continuously beeps all day and throughout the night. Management refuses to do anything about this issue. Be aware of this before you rent, especially if you are looking at an apartment near the fire alarm systems located in the gym or hallways.

The AC unit in our unit is broken and will not hold the temperature. Management claims nothing is wrong, yet won’t show us the inspection report, and is refusing to fix the issue.

I recently moved into The Adeline, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience so far! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful, well-maintained grounds and modern amenities. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and have all the comforts I could ask for.
What really stands out, though, is the amazing staff. Everyone I've encountered—from the leasing agents to the maintenance team—has been so friendly, professional, and quick to help with any... questions or concerns. They truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and valued.
The community here is fantastic as well. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, and there are plenty of events and activities that help foster a strong sense of connection. Whether it’s the social clubroom, pool, fitness center, or community walking path.
Overall, I highly recommend The Adeline to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home. It's a great combination of luxury, convenience, and community. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!
