If you enjoy having your packages stolen, roaches and no hot water/poor maintenance upkeep this is the place for you. This is my second year living here and the first time I ever resigned a lease. I regret it. Not only have I gone days with no hot water, a broken washer machine for 2months (still not fixed), had a roach problem for MONTHS on top of all of that I have my packages regularly stolen. It is really unfortunate because I love the apartment it’s self and the location but if I could go... back and not resign my lease I would.

The overall property is anesthetically pleasing and the amenities would be nice but most have not worked for a lot of our time living here; ie. the gym, our A/C, hot water.

The community location is premiere, so close to shopping, restaurants, parks and downtown. Kenny in the leasing office is amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable, he made the difference in why we chose this community. It is very quiet here, beautiful walking trail and lake views. Very pet friendly. Glad we chose the Adeline to call our new home.

Non-Stop Beeping From the Fire Alarm System
The property itself is lovely. Great amenities and apartment homes. Unfortunately, the fire alarm system continuously beeps all day and throughout the night. Management refuses to do anything about this issue. Be aware of this before you rent, especially if you are looking at an apartment near the fire alarm systems located in the gym or hallways.
