The only thing I would recommend for apartment complex is the newly renovated apartment. Other than that it’s alright if you’re on a budget/want to save money. The appliances are pretty small. The kitchen was so small and hard to navigate through. Overrall it wasn’t terrible but could be better for sure.

Absolutely love renting at The Terraces At Lake Mary. Convenient location to schools, shops and restaurants. Would love to see a small playground built or option to rent the pool area for small gatherings as it is a family community.
