Really
The management staff is awesome but I question the maintenance squad at times.
How are you going to replace a broken refrigerator with a refrigerator that has physical damage and is not fully functioning ? Replacement units should be new out of the box, not just removed from a vacant unit and brought up the elevator.
Ice maker not functioning.
