I moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and found 54 magnolia after tour a few other places. The staff is friendly the neighbor is quiet and safe and very pet friendly. There is place to to walk near the water and a dog park. If you like to walk like I do you have plenty of of restaurants only a short walk away.

I have been a resident here at 54 Magnolia since July 2016 and very satisfied with the management & the maintenance staff.
I love how the property is well cared for & love my apartment too!!!
Unfortunately, rent is high everywhere, but in comparison to other rental locations, this is the best choice!!!

Best Place Ever!
I’ve lived in a few different communities, and this one has definitely been my favorite. Everything is kept clean, well-maintained, and just has a really comfortable homey feel.
The staff is great and always quick to help, too!
Overall I can’t recommend this place enough :)
