I would choose to live at 54 magnolia for so many wonderful reasons! But one that stands out is the maintenance team, they go above and beyond even when it’s outside their typical scope of work! They are kind and respectful and ensure everything is up to date.

??I Love Our Community! I have been a proud resident of 54 Magnolia since July 2016, and I absolutely love living here. After all these years, the staff consistently go above and beyond to enhance our living experience, and their dedication shows in every detail.
The front office team and maintenance crew are not only friendly but genuinely client-focused and approachable. Special shoutout to the maintenance staff—they are consistently courteous, prompt, and efficient, whether it's replacing a... lightbulb or fixing a dryer.
The clubhouse and surrounding property are immaculate and beautifully maintained. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or grilling with friends, and the views add an extra touch of serenity.
Our apartment is spacious, with generous storage and screened balconies that make a significant difference. They have garages also. Plus, everything you need is just around the corner—restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, grocery stores, and more.
We absolutely love our 54 Magnolia community, it’s more than just a place to live, it’s home.
