That said, we would like to clarify a few points for accuracy and transparency.... We are a bit confused by your statement, as our records indicate you recently chose to renew your lease. At the time of renewal, you had the opportunity to move out, and the decision to renew typically reflects a level of overall satisfaction. Regarding fees, all charges are clearly outlined in the lease agreement that was signed. In regard to security, while we do have controlled-access features such as gates and key fob entry, we do not advertise or guarantee a fully secured community. Like most residential communities, safety is a shared responsibility. We continuously work to maintain and repair access points as issues are reported. With a community of over 300 residents, normal wear and tear does occur; however, we address maintenance concerns as promptly as possible once they are brought to our attention. We also want to address the concern about plants and pet safety. Our landscaping is professionally maintained, and while a variety of plants are commonly used in communities nationwide, it is ultimately the responsibility of pet owners and parents to supervise pets and minors in outdoor areas. Lastly, ESA documentation is reviewed through a third-party verification service, which is a standard practice across the industry. This process helps ensure that all submitted documentation meets legal requirements and maintains the integrity of the program. We understand that living experiences can vary, and we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to address any outstanding concerns.
