Old rundown and roach infested. This building is awful. I lived here for a year and it was the worst experience of my life . NO AC in the hallways, gym and my unit for weeks! Poor living conditions, bad energy and overpriced for the area!!

The best living experience I’ve had so far!!
Johanna is Just as amazing as they get. You can tell she values her customers and she is great at what she does. The apartment complex on a whole is nothing like any other in downtown…beautifully designed spaces, clean, quiet. I enjoyed every second of my time there!

Love it here!
One of the unique things I love about living here is the incredible sense of community compared to other buildings I've lived at. It's a sophisticated building with friendly, classy neighbors. Also the walls and floors are thick concrete so you never hear your neighbors!
The staff here are also amazing. They do an incredible job taking care of the building and go out of their way for anything you need. You can tell they truly care about the residents which I can't say about other buildings... I've lived at!
Overall really love it here. Best apartment building in Ft Lauderdale!
