This place does not deliver on the promise of luxury living. Great sales pitch and a nice place on the surface, but management is seriously lacking. They cut corners everywhere from the actual condo units to the public amenities. Valet is a wreck, elevators are a huge nightmare and nobody is available to answer complaints. We moved out due to a serious lack of air conditioning in our unit that couldn’t be fixed. After 4 service calls and pictures of thermometers and thermostats showing the issue... they told us that even though the bedroom couldn’t cool below 80 degrees it was working fine. We moved out early along with many others.
