Prioritizing Marinas Over Residents: My Disheartening Experience at Icon Marina Village
My experience at Icon Marina Village has left me disheartened. One night, after arriving late, I parked in a reserved spot for residents, assuming there'd be some leniency for those who live here. To my surprise, my car was towed by the next morning. Even though my vehicle is registered with the office, no courtesy call was made. What's worse, it feels like the management constantly places the neighboring marina (Rybovich) on a pedestal, often at the expense of their own residents. For the... premium rates we pay, it's truly disappointing to feel so undervalued in our own home. I'd think twice before recommending Icon Marina Village.

Best new place to live in West Palm Beach.
I recently moved into Icon and I can not stop raving about the property. The apartments and the grounds are impeccable and you feel as if you are living in a 5 star resort hotel. Everyone in the building is friendly and helpful. The building has great amenities (pool, gym, mini beach) and the views of the marina are gorgeous. The leasing team is wonderful. I worked with Rob who goes above and beyond to help you. If there are any issues Rob takes care of them immediately and he truly cares about... keeping you happy. If you are interested in viewing the building please contact Rob. You won't be disappointed.
