La gerencia y administración es poco seria y además me engañaron porque por medio de un Realtor pagué la aplicación y un depósito que me prometieron me era reembolsable y ya pasaron dos meses y no me dan respuesta, he ido y me dan cualquier justificación como de que no se había ejecutado la devolución del dinero pero que ya está en proceso y ya pasó más de dos meses y no tengo mi dinero de regreso.

Lying about square footages
I went and toured so you don't have to!! I signed a lease here and was very excited about it, but thank goodness was able to get out of it after the tour. The amenities and design are so beautiful, and it's a good location, but the units themselves are terrible and NOT worth the price.
1. Lying about the size: The square footages advertised online are WAYYYY wrong. When I did my own calculation, the actual square footage is over 100 square feet smaller what is advertised. What?! That is a very... big difference, almost 20%. When I discovered this error, the management told me the floor plan is "just an estimate". Well, 100sqft is a huge difference in the estimation and even now after a month of bringing it to their attention, they still haven't updated the floor plans or added a disclaimer saying the square footage is an estimate. Extremely shady.
2. Weird bumps in walls: The layouts of the apartment have bumps jutting out of the walls that will make laying out your furniture difficult. The furniture will have to sit off the wall, and make the apartment feel even smaller than it is.
3. No Ice?? This is a weird one - there is no ice maker in the freezer! For the luxury price point, this is INSANE that you have to buy ice and carry it up or use the trays. Not a lot of counter space either - there's not even a drawer big enough for a silverware tray.
4. Unfinished ceilings: Only the 8th floor has finished ceilings. The rest are concrete.
5. No Balconies + Bad Lighting: The lack of balconies make the small units feel even more shoe-box like. And most of the units I saw were dark and felt depressing due to lack of natural light.
Ultimately, it's very unethical to lie about square footages. And while the amenities are nice, the units themselves are pretty bad. Even the "bigger" units feel SO small thanks to the lack of balconies and the weird bumps on the wall. The no ice maker is just another example of the lack of thought put into the units themselves. Very disappointing as the building had a lot of potential to be great!
